For the safety of our employees and general public returns on the following items will NOT be accepted once they have left our facility

All Sales are FINAL on ALL products related to Pandemic, Natural Disaster, COVID-19 Response, PPE and/or Public Safety.

ITEMS LISTED BELOW ARE FINAL UPON SHIPMENT AND WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR RETURN:

    • All Respiratory Products including MASKS, PAPR, APR, FILTERS, CARTRIDGES, ACCESSORIES, DISPOSABLE N95 & KN95 masks
    • Disposable Gloves, Chemical Gloves, Disposable Clothing (DuPont, Lakeland, Sunrise and other mfg products)
    • Any Cleaners, Disinfectants, Janitorial Items & Hand Sanitizers
    • Goggles, Face Shields, Brackets and Eyewear
    • Negative Air Machines/Air Scrubbers, Filters for Air Filtration Equipment and any accessories related to Air Filtration Equipment
    • and any other related product for health and safety related to global pandemics. 

Placing an order indicates that you have read and understand our return policy and shipping information.

WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

If you need a guaranteed overnight shipment, you must place your order over the phone by noon EST (M-Th). (Please note that not all items are available for overnight shipping.)

By default, you order will ship ground and be delivered in approximately 5 business days, as indicated at checkout. Some items have shorter or longer lead times, which will be listed on the product page and in the checkout process, including "Manufacturer Direct" items. Manufacturer direct items cannot be expedited and will ship directly to you when the item is ready.

Priority and Expedited options speed up the processing and handling of your order but are not guaranteed shipping methods. We are not able to offer Priority and Expedited handling options on some large-quantity or multiple-item orders.

Overnight shipping is the only guaranteed shipping method, and overnight orders must be placed by phone or live help before 12:00pm EST M-F and will incur additional, non-refundable costs. Please be advised not all Jendco Safety products can be overnighted.

We cannot ship on 3rd party shipping accounts.

We do offer "Will Call" services at our Columbus, Ohio warehouse only. If you would like to pick up your order in Columbus, please contact customer service to place the order.

***Please note***
International shipments may be liable for local customs and duties. These customs and duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Jendco Safety Supply cannot determine what local customs and duties might be, contact your local customs office for further information. Jendco Safety Supply cannot declare items purchased as merchandise anything else other than merchandise.

Unavailable Items:
Some items may not be available for shipping outside the United States. If you place an order for any of these items, you will be notified via email before your order is processed.

Non-Stock Items:

Many of the Miller Fall Protection, Titan By Miller Fall Protection, 3M and Guardian Fall Protection items are custom or Made To Order items. They may take 10-14 business days to ship. These MTO (Made To Order) Items are NON-REFUNDABLE, NOT RETURNABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELED once our vendor recieves the purchase order. Please call to confirm shipping times and product details if this is a time sensitive delivery.

Refused and Abandoned Packages:
If package is refused, returned or abandoned at the time of delivery for whatever reason, customer will only be refunded the purchase price of the item minus the original shipping cost, the return shipping cost, any Customs, Import, Duty Fees, Taxes, and/or Brokerage Fees, that are incurred as the result of the item being returned to the United States.

ITEMS THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK:

You will be contacted via email if you ordered an out of stock item. At this point you can either choose to substitute for another item in stock, remove it from your order, cancel your order or place your order temporarily on hold until your item is in stock again. Due to availability and vendor issues, we can only provide an estimate as to when an out of stock item will become available.

Jendco reserves the right to cancel/refund any and all orders without explanation at their discretion. 

PLEASE NOTE - Inspect Before Signing Deliveries!

Inspect your delivery prior to signing!
If shipment is damaged, please sign that you received a damaged shipment on any LTL shipment that shows signs of damage or problems that have occurred during the shipping period. This process will help expedite getting any and all replacements and refunds handled in an expedient manner.

Jendco is not be held liable for shipments which are signed and received without notating the damage on the shippers document. 

Returns Policy


You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Many of the fall protection products are made to order. These items are not eligible for return or exchange. Some of these items take up to 10 days to ship. Please contact us prior to purchase to be notified whether or not the product is able to be returned or shipped immediately.

We are unable to accept any used Vacuums, Respirators, Gas Monitors, or Negative Air Machines/Air Scrubbers. Due to the hazardous environments these products are used in it is against federal regulation to have these items shipped back. Calibration gas cannot be returned, even if unused, due to the hazardous nature of the product and certification required by couriers to ship the product.

Buyer will pay Shipping & or 30% Restocking Fee if the product is returned if it is a result of their error (purchased incorrect item, too many items, no longer wants product). 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Specialty respiratory items such as PAPR's and many TACTICAL respiratory cartridges/accessories are NON-STOCK and cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order is placed.

Limited Warranty

All products found in this catalog have been manufactured by other parties. These products may be warrantied by their respective manufacturers against defects in workmanship and materials that arise during normal use.

There may be a limited term to any of these manufacturers'warranties, and these warranties may be invalidated by any misuse of the products.

The manufacturers have provided all statistical information found in this catalog. These statistics are reproduced solely for the Buyer's information and convenience. This catalog does not represent these statistics as being accurate.

Determining the adequacy of any product for any intended purpose is the sole responsibility of the Buyer. In making that determination, the Buyer has not relied upon any warranty or representation made by our company.

We do not recognize the authority of any agent, employee or representative of our company to bind us to any representation, affirmation of fact or warranty, expressed or implied.

No warranty shall be created by any statement made in this catalog for the advertisement or promotion of any product.

Our company makes no warranties of any kind. Any and all warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose,are hereby disclaimed by our company.

Any claim for consequential or incidental damages arising out of or connected to the manufacture, sale, delivery or use of any product found in this catalog shall in no event be our company's liability.

In all events, our liability shall be limited to and shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the products by the Buyer.
