How To Apply for a Tax Exempt Account on Jendco's Website

Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth process of applying your company's Tax Exemption documents to your account. 

Please Note: The same exact email address must be used for your Login as well as on the form below

Enter Your Information on the form below

Mandatory Fields*: Company Name, First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number and File Upload. 
Make sure to uncheck 'Taxable'
You must provide valid tax-exempt document(s) for each state where exempt goods are shipped or picked up in store.
