The 3M DBI-SALA Vehicle Hitch Mount Base is designed to connect an attendant vehicle with a hitch ball coupler to provide a portable anchor point for confined space entry/retrieval, rescue and fall arrest systems. Use it inconjunction with with 3M DBI-SALA short and long reach davit arms.
