The 3M DBI-SALA Nano-Lok Connected Order Picker Alert System is an innovative Fall Protection system that senses a worker’s presence on an order picking vehicle, verifies their tie-off status, and communicates visual and audible alerts in real time to promote situational awareness and safe behavior. OEM dealer technician installation recommended but not required. System includes: 3M DBI-SALA Nano-Lok Connected Carabiner Self-Retracting Lifeline, Alert Sensor Box, Carabiner, Light Strips and Alert Sensor Box Power Cable

The 3M DBI-SALA Nano-Lok Self-Retracting Lifelines are rugged, yet lightweight and engineered devices that you can count on for comfortable and efficient fall protection. With stainless steel components, an anti-ratcheting brake system, and a semi-sealed design, this system is built to last. The lifeline extends as the user moves away and retracts automatically, allowing the user to move within a recommended working area at normal speeds. In the event of a fall, a speed sensing brake system activates, stopping the fall and reducing the forces imposed on the user. These features are key safety improvements compared to the use of a lanyard. Available in multiple Self-retracting lifeline lengths.

• Connected Carabiner operates with a replaceable coin cell battery (CR2032 type), and power not required for basic SRL mechanical function
• Features a quick-activating speed-sensing brake, a high-capacity energy absorber and Dyneema abrasion resistant webbing
• LED lights provide low battery visual indication to ensure uninterrupted operation and enables real-time verification of the closure and locking status of the carabiner gate
• Swivel at both ends allowing freedom of movement while preventing web twist and wear
• The 3M DBI-SALA Nano-Lok Connected Order Picker System is compatible with major Order Picker Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)
• The Sensor Box and Feedback Lights are powered by the order picker truck.
• The components of the system can be easily maintained and/or replaced.
• The sensing carabiner confirms a secure connection to the worker's harness D-ring, ensuring a safe and reliable attachment
• Visible at a distance, the LED lights turn red if a worker is not tied off and turn green when securely tied off.
