The 3M DBI-SALA Reusable Swiveling Roof Anchor is a universal rooftop anchor that affixes to many different types of roofs—even metal roofing with roof ribs. Its compact, low-profile design stays out of the way while providing workers the mobility of a swiveling tie-off point for their safety harnesses.

Featuring versions with adjustable feet and legs to accommodate most roof pitch angles, and quick and easy screw type installation, combines ease and versatility for added jobsite flexibility. Whether your roof is flat or sloped, wood, metal or concrete, anchors can be installed to a variety of materials to provide a tie-off point for your personal fall protection system. Anchorage connectors are the foundation of most fall protection systems, often overlooked but critical components because they securely attach your system to the anchorage. Your choice of anchor depends on the type of work being done. Each D-ring accommodates a self-retracting lifeline, vertical lifeline, or lanyard. Anchorages are sold by what they connect to (general/ all purpose, steel, concrete, roof, or specialty), whether they are fixed or mobile, and whether they are permanent or portable. They all must provide a secure point of attachment for a complete personal fall arrest system and must be capable of supporting a load of 5,000 lbs. (22kN) or of meeting OSHA’s criteria of a 2 to 1 safety factor.
