Product Care:
- DO NOT use ammonia based cleaners. DO NOT use any abrasives or polishes. NEVER use if cracked or broken.
- Remove from hood if applicable. Wash with warm soapy water. Mild soap only. Rinse thoroughly. Pat dry with a soft cloth.
- Always transport and store your faceshield, goggles, and glasses in a soft cloth bag to minize wear & tear.
- Wash according to the instructions above to remove any contaminants in order to maintain performance when garment becomes soiled with dirt, greases, oils, etc.
- If contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, it is best to discontinue use of garment.

They were helpful with getting answers and shipping product as soon as it was available from the supplier.
Customer ServiceA lot of the products lack descriptions. This led to me needing to go to other sites and shops to get the information you failed to provide. If it wasn't for the fact that you have most of the accessories and items I'm looking for, I would've bought them elsewhere. Also, during checkout you don't provide an estimated shipping or arrival date. Depending on the delivery timeframe I''m given, I may just cancel my order altogether and deal with buying everything somewhere else. Especially with the amount you charge for shipping.
Easy to place the order
When using the back arrow from product detail pages, it brings you back to the first page of products, not say the 7th page you were on.Frustrating.
