STEEL BLASTER BLASTRAC EBE 500 - 480 V - 60 Hz

The Blastrac EBE 500 steel blast cleaning machine has a great production width and offers a higher productivity rate for larger jobs. It has an easily assembled modular construction to allow it to pass through narrow openings and hard to reach places for steel cleaning. The steel blaster is equipped with a lowering kit in order to lower the height of the machine to 1460 mm. This is the perfect machine for large horizontal steel surfaces such as ship decks, steel plates, oil platform helicopter decks and walkways and bridge decks.

• Work virtually dust free - The steel blasting machine has to be connected to a Blastrac industrial dust collector to create a closed circut. This means that you are able to work virtually dust free, creating a better working environment.
• Modular design fits through Ø600 mm - The steel blaster can be disassembled into only a few parts. This allows for the machine to be passed through a Ø600 mm storage tank access hatch. It makes it ideal for the petrochemical industry.
• Easy to manoeuvre - The machine is equipped with an independent electric drive motor on each rear wheel to make it ergonomically easy to use. They also improve productivity and promote a more even and consistent blast pattern and surface profile.
• Intuitive and ergonomic control panel - A user friendly control panel with functions that are easy to reach and monitor enables smooth control and operation.
• Resource smart solution - Reusing the abrasives makes this a resource-smart solution. Also no water is used and wasted and no chemicals are used during the blasting process.
