Description
Husqvarna T18000 480V 3-Phase HEPA Dust Extractor – 967663601
THE HUSQVARNA T18000 IS THE MOST POWERFUL HEPA DUST EXTRACTOR IN THE HUSQVARNA LINEUP, BUILT FOR EXTREME PRODUCTION AND CONTINUOUS OPERATION
The Husqvarna T18000 is a flagship industrial HEPA dust extractor engineered for the most demanding concrete grinding, surface preparation, and abatement environments. Designed to support ultra-high production equipment, the T18000 delivers unmatched airflow, suction, and filtration capacity—capable of handling a single four-head grinder, two three-head grinders, or even large shavers that overwhelm standard extractors.
A greatly expanded pre-filter surface area functions as an integrated pre-separator, creating powerful cyclonic separation that removes the heaviest particles before they reach the main filtration system. This design dramatically extends filter life, reduces downtime, and enables long, uninterrupted service periods on the largest job sites.
The T18000 is equipped with four individually tested and certified HEPA H13 filters, ensuring 99.99% capture efficiency at 0.3 microns for safe handling of silica, quartz, asbestos, lead, and other hazardous dusts. The Jet Pulse filter cleaning system allows operators to clean the pre-filters externally without opening the machine or exposing personnel to airborne dust, maintaining consistent airflow and productivity throughout extended shifts.
For clean, efficient material handling, the Longopac® continuous bagging system enables dust-free disposal into approximately 25 sealed bags from a single 70+ ft cassette. A rugged steel frame, welded construction, adjustable steel clamps, and heavy-duty casters with brakes ensure durability, mobility, and stability in harsh industrial environments.
The intake port supports either one or two 3" hoses via a Y-connector, allowing flexible configurations for single or dual-tool operation. When using two grinders simultaneously, best performance is achieved by installing a pre-separator between each grinder and the T18000.
Recommended Equipment
