Introduced at the 2025 National Safety Congress & Expo and the A+A International Trade Fair, the ALTAIR io 6 expands the MSA Connected Work Platform by complementing the ALTAIR io 4 Gas Detection Wearable. While the io 4 focuses on continuous personal monitoring, the io 6 is engineered specifically for job-site and confined space sampling applications where verification before entry is critical.

Designed for Confined Space Sampling

The ALTAIR io 6 is optimized for pre-entry and on-site gas sampling, helping safety teams identify atmospheric hazards before workers enter confined or enclosed spaces. Its integrated pump and compact design allow the unit to be used either handheld or worn, adapting easily to varying site requirements.

Connected Work Platform & MSA Grid

As part of the MSA Connected Work Platform, the ALTAIR io 6 integrates seamlessly with MSA Grid software. Sharing the same interface as the ALTAIR io 4, both devices can be deployed together and managed within a single connected fleet.
