We Ship Internationally - We can ship to virtually any address in the world, with some restrictions on certain products.

Standard Delivery: Ground shipping typically delivers in approximately 5 business days from our Columbus, OH warehouse.

Expedited Options Available:

• Priority and Expedited handling speeds up processing
• Overnight shipping available (guaranteed) - must order by phone before 12pm EST M-F
• Some items ship "Manufacturer Direct" and cannot be expedited

Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window: Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Made-to-order fall protection products
• Used vacuums, respirators, gas monitors, or air scrubbers
• Calibration gas (hazardous material)
• PAPR and specialty respiratory items (non-stock)

Restocking Fee: 30% restocking fee or shipping costs apply if return is due to buyer error.
