Sentinel 812LE Lockdown Encapsulant (White) - 5 Gallon Pail - 812LE/05
Specially formulated and highly concentrated, this product has been designed to meet HUD and US EPA guidelines for the clean up of Lead Dust. 805 is designed with chelating agents that bind with lead contaminates to aid in their removal from hard surfaces. Sentinel 805 should be used before encapsulating, after active abatement has concluded, post Renovation, Repair and Painting projects in a pre-1978 home or building (US EPA RRP Rules), and for general maintenance in reducing exposure to lead dust. Sentinel 805 Lead Dust Cleaner Envirowash is phosphate free.
