Confined space entry and rescue systems give you an anchor above a manhole, tank or vault, a way to lower and raise a worker, and fall protection on the way down. Most setups combine three parts: a tripod or davit, a personnel winch, and a self-retracting lifeline with a rescue retrieval feature (SRL-R).

• Tripods: portable tripods for openings in open ground, such as the FallTech 8 ft tripod system with a 60 ft SRL-R and winch, the FallTech 5 to 8 ft adjustable tripod, and the MSA Workman 8 ft tripod kit.

• Portable entry kits: French Creek hitch mounted and barrel or trench box base kits with a 50 ft SRL and winch.
• Parts and rescue gear: davit bases and sleeve caps, tripod pulleys, leg chains and brackets, retrieval yokes with spreader bars, and SRLs for tripods.
