Product order seems easy, but Shipping cost is high

They were helpful with getting answers and shipping product as soon as it was available from the supplier.

A lot of the products lack descriptions. This led to me needing to go to other sites and shops to get the information you failed to provide. If it wasn't for the fact that you have most of the accessories and items I'm looking for, I would've bought them elsewhere. Also, during checkout you don't provide an estimated shipping or arrival date. Depending on the delivery timeframe I''m given, I may just cancel my order altogether and deal with buying everything somewhere else. Especially with the amount you charge for shipping.
