This is PIR sensor (infrared) that is triggered by pedestrian motion, which then triggers a light bulb to flash on the plastic, single-sided sign. The sensor will sense people coming from all directions (when passing in front of the sensor).Ideally placed where people exit through a door (restrooms, offices) or any aisleway. It is a self-powered, battery-operated unit (battery life is good for 2 years). So NO ADDITIONAL POWER needed. ONLY comes in 12 ”/30cm signs only – single-sided, With grommets and magnets for easy mounting.
