Jendco Gives Back - May's Campaign Kickoff

Jendco is pleased to announce our May partnership for Jendco Gives Back. Construction Angels affects a niche very near and dear to us. Their services revolve around helping families heal after a construction worker parent or spouse dies on a job site.

The Construction Angels Charity is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization that provides immediate financial assistance and grief counseling to the children and spouse left behind when a construction worker has a fatality on the job site. We offer construction scholarship opportunities to qualified applicants, and additional scholarships to surviving children of a fallen worker.

Construction Angels, Inc., a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization that provides immediate financial assistance and grief counseling to the children (19 years & younger) and spouse left behind when a construction worker suffers a fatality on the jobsite. The charity began in Florida in 2011 and currently support families in GA, OH, MI, VA, MD/DC, DE, SD, WY, NE, MO, IL, AZ, TX and CA. Our website www.constructionangels.us has an abundance of information about our charity.

We are financially supported by many companies, Organizations, Unions and Construction Associations within the industry. Our goal is to be in all 50 states by 2030. The 2018 Bureau of Labor Statistics estimated there are 7.2 million people working in the construction industry with projected steady growth over the next 10 years. OSHA reports there are well over 5,000 work site deaths each year in the USA, over 20% are in the construction industry. This is approximately 4.5 construction workers killed per working day in the USA.
