3M RBE-10BR First Responder Hood CBRN NiMH Battery PAPR System
The 3M RBE-10BR is a Complete PAPR Kit containing all PAPR parts needed for first responders, law enforcement, military and health care professionals needing protection from or responding to natural disasters or acts of terrorism.
The 3M™ Breathe Easy ™ Powered Air Purifying Respirator RBE-10BR Assembly provides a ready to use PAPR assembly designed for First Responder use.
Works with 3M™ Versaflo™ Standard Battery TR-630 providing longer run time than the 3M™ Breathe Easy™ Turbo Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) NiMH Battery Pack BP-15
Benefits & Features
- Certain PAPR systems provide a higher level of respiratory protection than non-powered air filtering respirators.
- Constant flow of air can provide cooling for the worker, resulting in greater comfort for the wearer
- Loose-fitting headgear options provide respiratory protection without the need for a tight faceseal or fit testing
- Battery-powered blower pulls the air through the filter resulting in no additional breathing resistance to the wearer
